International Trade


VISA Bulk Shipping, Singapore

VISA Bulk Shipping is carrying out the chartering of Handymax, Supramax, Panamax and Capesize vessels, including operations for time and voyage charter.

VISA Minmetal, India

VISA Minmetal is the logistics & trading arm in India which works hand-in-hand with VISA Commodities to bring solutions to our Mining/Manufacturing partners.

Manufacturing Activities


The Group has the following Manufacturing facilities at Kalinganagar, Odisha, India

  • A 400,000 TPA Stamp Charged Heat Recovery Type Coke Oven Plant producing Metallurgical Coke, Nut Coke and Coke Breeze. The Plant has 8 batteries of 11 Ovens each, based on advanced Chinese technology to manufacture Coke with uniform granulometry and consistent physical and thermal properties. A part of the production is consumed in house, and balance is sold to steel producers in the eastern region or exported.
  • A 150,000 TPA Ferro Chrome Plant with 75 MW Captive Power Plant. The Ferro Chrome is supplied to various Stainless Steel and Special Steel customers globally.
  • A 500,000 TPA Special Steel Plant, with Blast furnace, Sponge Iron Plant, Steel Melting Shop and Rolling Mill.
